E&A Inc. was contracted by Rudin Management to renovate the Gardens & Base of Buildings Project which was broken up into three phases in order for certain scope of work to proceed without major disturbances to the existing tenants.
The West Garden Reconstruction consisted of the complete demolition and removal of all existing materials, structures and finishes, installation of new waterproofing membrane, concrete knee walls, granite cladding, custom trellis and IPE decking, granite walkways pavers on pedestal system and landscaping.
