E&A Inc. was contracted by Nassau County to convert an old deteriorated supermarket storage and office building into a new 280,000 square foot state of the art Public Safety Center. The project consisted of 3 phases.

Phase I included heavy interior and exterior demolition, construction of a new 30,000 square foot building, renovation and improvements to two connected buildings and construction of a radio tower and stand along communications building. Phase II work consisted of exterior and interior renovations of 4 existing attached buildings on the site and associated work. Finally, Phase III work consists of the extension of the existing parking lot and site work, selective demolition to the ground floor, 2nd floor and roof, modification of the existing building infrastructure to accommodate the new state of the are forensics lab and additional facilities.
