E&A Inc. was contracted by Nassau County to construct a new Student Services Center, located in the lower level of the Administrative Tower Building at Nassau Community College.

This service center combined many student service areas under on roof: financial, registrar, bursar, health, admissions, advisement, testing, storage, mechanical, waiting areas, and toilet rooms.

The building is now equipped with a variety of “smart” features to enhance the student experience, including interactive check-in kiosk stations and mobile “kiosk agent” who uses a tablet to further streamline the student service process.The 40,000 square foot interior renovation consisted of complete demolition of existing finishes and installation of exterior curtain walls, expansion of the enclosed space, plaza restoration, upgraded mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and interior finishes.
